West Highland Hunting attended the Deer Farm and Park Demonstration Project opening day on Tuesday 15 April. The project is designed to provide a source of information to those interested in moving into deer farming and venison production and can learn more about the farmed and park deer sector. This is a two-year initiative, the first year concentrating on deer farming with deer parks being the focus in year two.
