West Highland Hunting’s Sporting Manager Niall Rowantree and Lead Stalker and Deer Manager Steven Grant met with the Princess Royal last week at the opening of the Adelphi Distillery Ltd. Niall and Steven discussed deer stalking, venison production and the new facility at Glenmore with HRH. The distillery at Glenbeg on the Ardnamurchan Estate is the first distillery in Scotland to be heated entirely by locally-sourced wood chip.
